Biofilters

Biofilters, although not new, are relatively new to industrial applications. Biofilters offer the ability to eliminate mal-odors using natural methods as opposed to traditional chemical solutions like wet scrubbing. Biofilters use the decay of organic materials such as wood, tree fronds, rice hulls, or similar materials to house bacteria that feed on the Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC's) to eliminate odors. They offer a completely Green Solution without chemicals and offer a solution requiring minimal operator involvement. 

Wet Scrubbing

Wet Scrubbing is the most widely used Odor Control solution.
The simplicity or complexity of the system is determined by your application and the regulatory requirements of your area. Depending on the process, you can incorporate as little as a Venturi Scrubber or it can be followed by a High-Intensity Scrubber and can even be a three-stage system that incorporates a Room Air Scrubber.
